Canvas

I stock two different poly/cotton and cotton gesso and coated canvases in with a matte finish. Both canvases have a beautiful colour rendition and are excellent for stretching onto wood frames.

Coated canvas is the same canvas as used by painters but has been manufactured with a gesso layer and then coated to accept the incredibly small droplets of ink so that ink will not expand as it is absorbed into the canvas. This allows for sharp vivid images. The gesso and coating have been specially formulated to be flexible and allow for stretching without cracking or damage to the printed image.
